Clients achieve 76% time savings in overall post-trade reconciliation operations with Duco’s agentic Operations platform in production trials

A group of select clients including BBVA, Blackstone Credit & Insurance, and CIBC Mellon tested Duco’s agentic workspace and measured results as part of the company’s Pacesetters programme

September 29 2026, London - Duco, the leading platform for agentic Operations in financial services, today announced the results of its Pacesetters programme, in which an initial group of 12 clients cut the time spent on manual reconciliation operational work by an average of 76% using Duco’s agentic workspace in production trials.

The Pacesetter programme launched in June with a select group of 12 clients. Across a range of time-consuming, manual reconciliation activities, the full group of Pacesetter clients cut overall task time spent by an average of 76%. That includes reductions of more than 91% in time taken to build processes, 84% in time taken to optimize processes and more than 73% across break workflow management and investigation scenarios.

Duco’s Agentic workspace, which is now available to new and existing clients, enables agentic access to Duco’s proven, rule-based reconciliation platform via the Duco interface. Clients can also access the platform via MCP using their own agents, in a headless model.

"We believe that operations departments will move from heavy task based work to mainly decision making in a short period of time, using agentic AI. With agentic workspace, and through the headless model, clients get the best of both worlds," said Christian Nentwich, CEO of Duco. “Duco's proven rule-based platform keeps data processes predictable, repeatable and transparent, while agentic AI determines what needs doing and acts. Operations teams move from data wrangling to the judgement calls that matter most. This is revolutionising post trade operations. That’s not just what we think, but what we're seeing, and what our clients are telling us”

"What excites us about Agentic Workspace is its potential to help organizations move beyond task-based automation and rethink how operational work gets done,” said Jeremy Hulme, Vice President, Operational Excellence & Transformation, Client Service Delivery, CIBC Mellon. “By combining operational expertise with agentic capabilities, we see an opportunity to reduce time spent on manual activity and give teams more capacity to focus on problem-solving, decision-making and continuous improvement.”
