List of Sub-Processors (non-production data)

Duco may engage sub-processors which are authorised to process client production data in the Duco platform. These sub-processors are disclosed directly to each client in its agreement with Duco. 

Additionally, the following third party business tools are authorised for internal use by Duco, and may be used to service client accounts globally, but have no access to client production data:

From time to time, Duco may add or remove sub-processors it uses. Duco shall notify clients of any updates to the sub-processors it uses in accordance with the terms of its agreement with the client.  

Prior to engaging any sub-processor, Duco performs due diligence to evaluate the privacy, security and confidentiality practices, and enters into an agreement implementing the applicable obligations.
