CURRENCYCLOUD: CASE STUDY
Currencycloud, the international Payments Engine behind a number of leading payment firms, went live with Duco Cube in December 2016. Growing fast, the firm needed to automate their reconciliation processes, reducing the reliance on spreadsheets, while ensuring the accuracy and auditability of their transaction data.
Following Duco Cube’s deployment, and with very little training, Currencycloud’s operations staff were able to set up their first reconciliation within two hours. Within a week they had reconciliations running for another 10 accounts.
Year to date, Duco Cube has ensured there has been zero financial impact of any reconciliation breaks!
